Working With Me

Every person brings a unique history, temperament, and way of making sense of life. For that reason counseling is always collaborative and tailored to your individual needs and goals.

This work integrates several evidence-informed approaches including:

Together we explore present concerns while also becoming curious about the underlying patterns that may be contributing to them. Depending on your interests and goals, our conversations may include relationships, life transitions, anxiety, grief, creativity, purpose, values, identity, and questions of meaning.

For those who find restoration in nature, counseling sessions may occasionally include reflective walks outdoors in my gardens, where the natural environment becomes a quiet companion to the work.

My intention is never to provide all the answers, but to help you develop greater trust in your own capacity to recognize what is true, meaningful and life-giving to you.

What You Can Expect

Our work together is grounded in respect, curiosity and collaboration.

You will not be told who to become or how to live. Instead you will be invited to explore your own experience with honesty and compassion, develop greater awareness of patterns that no longer serve you, and strengthen your capacity for discernment and choice.

The goal is greater freedom, greater self-understanding and an increasing ability to navigate life from your own deepest wisdom.

Beginning counseling is a meaningful step. Whether you come seeking support during a difficult season, or simply feel called to a deeper understanding of yourself, you do not have to make that journey alone.

It is a privilege to accompany people as they discover greater clarity, cultivate resilience and become more fully themselves.

You are welcome and I look forward to walking alongside you as you discover a steadier and more authentic relationship with yourself.

Free Consultation

Choosing a counselor is personal, and no website can tell you whether we'll work well together. A consultation gives you a low-stakes way to find out. We'll spend about 30 minutes talking through what's bringing you to counseling, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping will feel different. I'll share how I work and answer anything you'd like to ask. If I'm not the right fit, I'll do my best to point you toward someone who is.
