Action Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Change your relationship with discomfort.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ACT, is a compassionate and practical approach that helps us make room for difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences rather than struggling against them.
Through mindful awareness, curiosity, and reflection, we explore what matters most to you and identify the values you want to guide your life. From there, we work toward small, meaningful actions that support greater flexibility, connection, and purpose.
ACT is not about eliminating discomfort. It is about changing your relationship with it, so that fear, uncertainty, or self-doubt no longer have to determine the direction of your life.

Free Consultation
Choosing a counselor is personal, and no website can tell you whether we'll work well together. A consultation gives you a low-stakes way to find out. We'll spend about 30 minutes talking through what's bringing you to counseling, what you've tried before, and what you're hoping will feel different. I'll share how I work and answer anything you'd like to ask. If I'm not the right fit, I'll do my best to point you toward someone who is.
