1:1 Sessions

Every person brings a unique history, temperament, and way of making sense of life. For that reason counseling is always collaborative and tailored to your individual needs and goals.

This work integrates several evidence-informed approaches. Together we explore present concerns while also becoming curious about the underlying patterns that may be contributing to them. Depending on your interests and goals, our conversations may include relationships, life transitions, anxiety, grief, creativity, purpose, values, identity, and questions of meaning.

For those who find restoration in nature, counseling sessions may occasionally include reflective walks outdoors in my gardens, where the natural environment becomes a quiet companion to the work.

My intention is never to provide all the answers, but to help you develop greater trust in your own capacity to recognize what is true, meaningful and life-giving to you.

Session Menu

Internal Family Systems (IFS)

Internal Family Systems is an evidence-based psychotherapy model recognizing the mind as containing different inner parts. Through compassionate awareness these parts can reorganize into greater harmony, strengthening inner leadership and integration.

Insight-Oriented Counseling

Insight-oriented counseling explores deeper patterns that shape thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Through reflective dialogue and guided exploration, individuals develop awareness of internal dynamics and strengthen grounded integration and self-accountability.

Self Inquiry

Self-inquiry invites individuals to question stressful beliefs and examine the assumptions shaping perception. Through structured reflection and compassionate curiosity, unconscious patterns become visible, allowing greater clarity and alignment with deeper values.

Acceptance & Commitment (ACT)

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, or ACT, is a compassionate and practical approach that helps us make room for difficult thoughts, emotions, and experiences rather than struggling against them.

Depth Psychology

Depth psychology is an approach to counseling that explores the unconscious patterns, emotions, dreams, memories, and inner experiences that shape how you relate to yourself and the world.

Transpersonal Psychology

Honoring the emotional, spiritual, and creative dimensions of healing, together we may explore meaning, values, intuition, inner wisdom, and your relationship with something larger than yourself.

Other Offerings

Separately from this counseling practice, I maintain an independent practice offering complementary healing and spiritual guidance through IbisHealing.com

That work is distinct from the services offered here. It is not licensed counseling, not psychotherapy, and not mental health treatment.

Energy healing and spiritual guidance are not a substitute for medical or mental health care.
